Habt Ihr euch eigentlich schon einmal gefragt, wie ein Kaffe oder Espresso in Cocktails schmeckt? Vermutlich nicht.
Dabei ist es sehr verwunderlich, dass Kaffee im allgemeinen kaum Einzug in die Cocktailwelt gefunden hat. Barkeeper wie auch die Baristas teilen die gleiche
Leidenschaft. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail erfinden sie immer wieder neue Kompositionen während sie meist fest mit den Traditionen verwurzelt bleiben. Wieso also nicht zusammen an neuen Drinks
feilen?
In vielens Cafés wird leider allzu oft ein schlecht gemachter "Irish-Coffee" angeboten, bei dem einfach nur ein Schuss Baileys in den Kaffee gegeben wurde. Richtig kombiniert und mit gutem Kaffee zubereitet entstehen aber großartige Cocktails, die eine unglaubliche Palette an Geschmacksrichtungen und Aromen bieten.
Der Kirsch au Café ist die Abwandlung eines Rezeptes aus dem 1939 von Charles H. Bakers Jr's veröffentlichten Buch "The Gentleman's Companion". Schon beim Einschenken ins Cocktailglas breitet sich ein angenehmer Geruch von Kaffee im Raum aus, der beim Trinken des ersten Schlucks von einem fruchtigen Kirscharoma auf der Zunge begleitet wird. Dieser Cocktail ist der perfekte Begleiter für einen warmen, sonnigen Nachmittag im Herbst oder Frühling.
Zutaten für den Cocktail:
3 cl Cognac
2,5 cl Geist's Kirschwasser
2 cl Cherry Heering Kirschlikör
1,5 cl Zuckersirup
3 cl kalter Espresso
1/2 Eiweiß
Zubereitung:
- Alle Zutaten außer den Espresso und ohne Eis für ca. 30 Sekunden kräftig shaken.
- Danach den Espresso und Eiswürfel hinzugeben und nochmal kräftig shaken.
- Den Cocktail durch einen Barsieb in zwei kleine Cocktailgläser abseihen.

I think what you published made a great deal of sense. But, consider this, what if you added a little information? I mean, I don't wish to tell you how to run your blog, however what if you added something that makes people desire more? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda vanilla. You should look at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create news titles to get people to open the links. You might add a video or a related picture or two to grab people excited about everything've written. In my opinion, it would make your posts a little bit more interesting.
